May Queen Art Batt
Inspired by May blossom and the British folk custom of electing a “Queen of May” to celebrate the arrival of spring.
I’ve designed a magical, lofty batt for your to spin, felt, or craft your heart out with. I wanted to give a feel of the blossom and also the contrast of the branches of blossom trees.
made with the palest pinks, peach, l’eau de nil, grey, and shades of white and black. I’ve used recycled sari silk, silk noil, flax, merino, faux cashmere, firestar, angelina, bamboo, and soya silk for a luxurious blend.
Each batt weighs around 100g.
