Ever wanted to get into natural dyeing? Well this is for you! Natural dyeing is a thrilling, eye-openeing, educational, addictive process that roots you in our wondrous world.

Can you believe that you can get such gorgeous colours from plants, herbs, berries and flowers? It still excites me every time!

This Do-it-yourself kit contains 100g of of exciting mixed fibres which could include; merino, faux cashmere, rare breed fleece, alpaca, jacobs, and more! Two natural dye ingredients, a solar dye vessel, mordant and instructions. No need for previous experience. If you would prefer 100g of one single fibre such as merino, let me know in your order notes. 

It comes in a re-useable solar container and includes tips on dyes to forage for yourself so you can have weeks of natural dye. Eco friendly dyeing fun!

Dye Colours

Choose two of the following options:

Buckthorn Berries - Bright yellow
Buckthorn Bark - Warm sunflower Yellow

Birch Bark - Fawn / palest pink

Comfrey - Olive green / Kaki

Elderberries - Grey Green / Grey

Heather - Bright Green

Henna - Soft moss yellow/ green

Hibiscus - Burgundy purple ( PH sensitive)

Logwood - Royal Purple

Marigold - Pale yellow

Madder - Orange / Red

Rooibos - Yellow / Fawn

Sandalwood - Pale coral

Walnut Bark - Deep Brown

Lucky dip - For those that can't choose or want to be pleasantly surprised!

The yarn in your kit can be upgraded to SuperWash sock knitting yarn, which is £25. Please email me before ordering.
