Starry, starry night.
Paint your palette blue and grey,
Look out on a summer's day,
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul.
Shadows on the hills,
Sketch the trees and the daffodils,
Catch the breeze and the winter chills,
In colors on the snowy linen land.
I hand made these batts from the softest merino and Corriedale in shades of city sky pink, turquoise, and dusk purple blended with black and glittering angelina ,white faux cashmere, natural dark brown merino and sprinkles of starry white felted wool bobbles.
This would make a lovely, smooth hand spun yarn and I think it would make a gorgeous needle felted piece too.
