These Ashford dyes are not just for wool... they also dye silk and other animal (protein) fibres! also they are fully concentrated with only 10gm (¼oz) dyeing up to 1kg (2.2lbs) of fibre or yarns.
The Ashford dyes are very easy to use and the colours clear and bright.
Theyse are weak acid dyes so white vinegar can be used to fix the dyes making them suitable for the home.
Each pot contains 10grams of dye powder, they are 100% concentrate and capable of dyeing up to 1kg (2.2lbs) of fibre
