Ashford Protein Dye Primary Colours Kit – 3 × 10g

Three tiny pots, a whole rainbow of possibility. This Ashford primary-colour set gives you Red, Sapphire and Bright Yellow protein dyes to use alone or mix into a glorious spectrum of your own shades.

The highly concentrated dyes are made for protein fibres including wool, silk, alpaca and other animal fibres. Together the three 10g pots make enough 1% dye solution to colour up to 3kg of fibre, yarn or fabric, depending on the depth of shade you choose.

Kit contents

• 10g Red protein dye
• 10g Sapphire protein dye
• 10g Bright Yellow protein dye
• Instructions for mixing and heat-setting

White vinegar and heat are required to fix the colour. Please use dedicated dyeing utensils, wear appropriate protection and follow the supplied safety instructions. Colours can vary deliciously with fibre, water and technique—that is part of the alchemy.
