Fine yarn for plying, autowrapping, weaving and knitting
This yarn is perfect for your hand spinning needs! Made from 100% nylon with sequins strung onto the yarn throughout, this fine yarn is strong with a high shine which looks wonderful in all sorts of hand spun yarns.
I personally have used it to "thread ply" - using one strand of handspun and one strand of this yarn (where you can create lots of interesting textures using differential tension between the two threads- eg a wiggly look)
This would also be perfect for autowrapping around art yarns, using it to string sequins or beads on and for all sorts of other uses.
Not just for spinning, this of course can be used in knitting and weaving too. It is strong enough to be used as a warp.
The black yarn has black sequins, the grey silver sequins and the white yarn has a clear and silver mix of sequins.
