Ashford Double-Drive Flyer, Whorl & Bobbin

A genuine Ashford double-drive flyer assembly for restoring a well-loved wheel or giving an older companion a fresh, smooth spinning life. The complete unit includes the wooden flyer, whorl and one double-drive bobbin, with fixed hooks for an even, controlled build across the bobbin.

Compatibility note: this is a double-drive assembly for compatible Ashford Traditional, Traveller and Elizabeth wheels. It is not interchangeable with single-drive or jumbo flyer systems. Ashford wheels have changed over their long production history, so if your wheel is vintage or altered, please send me a photograph and its measurements before ordering.
