Move from DesignaKnit 9 Machine Standard to the full Complete edition when you want both greater machine-knitting freedom and the dedicated hand-knitting design tools.

This sidegrade adds Original Pattern Drafting and the full HandKnit feature set to your existing Machine Standard licence. You retain Standard Garment Styling, Stitch Designer, Graphics Studio, Interactive Knitting, machine-knitting printouts and support for optional compatible cable links.

Complete is the edition I would choose if you move between hand and machine knitting, teach or design across both, or simply want one DesignaKnit workspace without having to decide which part of your textile practice matters most.
