DesignaKnit Lace Tool for Versions 7 and 8

Add proper lace-pattern support to DesignaKnit 7 or 8 without moving to a full software upgrade. The Lace Tool extends Stitch Designer so you can draw, prepare and follow machine- or hand-knitted lace patterns with much clearer guidance.

It supports Normal and Fine Lace, including patterns that mix the two in one row, plus Simple and Fashion Lace. You can combine lace with other techniques, and Interactive Knitting tells you when to change carriage, carriage settings or knitting technique. For punch-card machines, DesignaKnit separates the lace rows to help you prepare the punch-card template.

Compatibility

• For licensed copies of DesignaKnit 7 or DesignaKnit 8
• Supports Brother and Silver Reed electronic machines
• Supports Brother, Silver Reed and Toyota punch-card machines
• Brother and Toyota users need a separate magnet arm for the lace carriage

Please note: the Lace Tool is already included with DesignaKnit 9, so you do not need to buy this add-on if you use Version 9.
