They come in a set of four. Use two to guide your yarn onto the flyer, by leaving them stationary at the front of your flyer (nearer to the orifice) then use the other two to slide up and down to fill your bobbin evenly.
They work great even at top speeds because you can balance both sides of the flyer arms by mirroring the sliding hooks as you go along. I love them!
