Soft Byte USB BrotherLink 4 Cartridge Cable

The USB BrotherLink 4 is the specialist choice for Brother machines that accept a pattern cartridge. It connects a Windows computer to the cartridge system so you can send stitch patterns to compatible machines without relying on an original Brother disk drive or pattern cartridge.

It works with the Brother KH270, KH900, KH965, KH965i and KH970. A different, special version is needed for the CK35 via a PPD, so please get in touch before ordering for a CK35 and I’ll help make sure you receive the right link.

What it does

• Downloads patterns from DesignaKnit to compatible Brother cartridge machines
• Includes its own Windows software for transferring several stitch-pattern file formats
• Can act as a replacement for a PPD cartridge
• Can be used when downloading from DesignaKnit to a PPD with a BrotherLink 3

This is the standard BrotherLink 4. If you also want Interactive Knitting in DesignaKnit 8 or 9, choose the BrotherLink 4 Plus instead.

The cable has a USB-A connector. Please check that your computer has a suitable USB port or adapter.
